Processing Time
Since each item is handcrafted and 3D printed with care, please allow 2 business days for us to prepare your order before it ships.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Area
We ship from the United States to addresses in the United States, Canada, Australia, Switzerland and ten countries of the European Union: Austria, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden. Orders to Canada may be subject to import taxes and a customs handling fee, collected from the recipient on delivery. Orders to Australia under AUD 1,000 are not taxed at the border; above that the recipient lodges an import declaration and pays GST and a processing charge before delivery. Orders to the European Union are charged import VAT and customs duty on delivery (a flat €3 for orders up to €150), usually with a handling fee from the local post. Orders to Switzerland pay no import VAT when it would come to CHF 5 or less; above that the recipient pays the VAT and Swiss Post's clearance fee. We show an estimate at checkout, but the final amount is determined by customs and is the recipient's responsibility.
